Roxanne has been involved in the Real Estate business since 2004, she graduated from the College of Notre Dame with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. After college, she didn’t want to stay in the “corporate world” and decided to take the Real Estate course. Bob is a Baltimore City native with over 27 years of customer focused selling experience. Bob has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marking from the University of Baltimore. Bob has served on many community association boards and currently will be representing the Canton area as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Red Line transit program. After many years of being intrigued by the Real Estate industry and owning rental properties of his own, Bob decided to take the Real Estate Course in 2010. Bob and Roxanne are a married Real Estate team together with Peter Cesarz, combined offer complete Residential services in Baltimore, Maryland.
Bob and Roxanne were married in March 2010 and honeymooned in Italy. This wonderful experience has given them both a renewed interest in the benefits of a strong family and community influence.
Peter Cesarz is an administrative professional offering significant experience in self-directed positions requiring strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. He is reliable, ethical, and discreet; confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels.
In addition to this they all have a strong support for the live near your work initiative. Peter and the Wiley’s both live within blocks of their Canton office. In fact, on really nice days when they don’t have out of office appointments the blue Mini Cooper stays home to rest and save gas.
We are active members of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the Luxury Division of Keller Williams International, and preferred members of Live Baltimore a non-profit organization promoting city living.
Roxanne has a certified distressed property expert designation which means we can help homeowners who are facing foreclosure. Bob has his certified investor agent specialist designation which means he works with investors to help get them the best possible deals.
